President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Japan ahead of the 7th Tokyo International Conference On African Development, Trait News reports.
The local time now in Tokyo is 10pm, Monday August 26.
President Buhari, yesterday, departed to Japan for the 7th Tokyo International Conference On African Development.
Meanwhile, the members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, have also arrived at the venue of the conference, waiting for the President’s arrival.
