The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday announces 193 new cases of COVID-19 in Fourteen States and Federal Capital Tertiary.
The agency announced this on its official Twitter handle.
This brings the total number of cases in Nigeria to 5162
58 in Lagos, 46 in Kano, 35 in Jigawa
12 in Yobe, 9 in FCT, 7 in Ogun, 5 in Plateau 5 in Gombe, 4 in Imo, 3 in Edo, 3 in Kwara, 3 in Borno, 1in Bauchi, 1in Nasarawa and 1 in Ondo.
The number of discharged COVID-19 patients stand at 1180 while deaths hits 167
NCDC also reported that two cases reported yesterday from Kaduna, were repeat tests. Therefore, Kaduna has a total of 114 confirmed cases
Therefore, tender an apology to Kaduna State Government for the error. The agency reiterated that its remain committed to ensuring the release of accurate and reliable data
