Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen’s hearing at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, has been adjourned till February 13th.
The tribunal insists Justice Walter Onnoghen must be present to take his plea before any preliminary objection to the competence or jurisdiction of the trial can be raised.
